What does Cardseekers cost?
Nothing: Cardseekers is free during the beta, for collectors and for vendors.
Where do the prices come from?
From Cardmarket: the asking prices of sellers in the Netherlands, for English cards, checked every day. Cardmarket doesn't publish sale prices, so we show the five cheapest offers instead of one number.
Which cards does it know?
Every Pokémon single on Cardmarket, from the first sets to the newest, with prices per condition (Mint to Poor).
How does scanning work?
Hold the card in the outline on your phone. Cardseekers reads the name, number and set and also compares the picture with tens of thousands of card images. If it isn't sure, it shows the best matches or lets you search by name and number.
Do I need an account?
Not to look a card up on this page. To scan cards and keep a list you make a free account: as a collector, or as a vendor if you sell at events.
Does it work without internet?
For vendors, cash sales and stock search keep working offline and sync later. Scanning works offline too, but reads cards best with a connection.
Where the prices come from
Prices are asking prices on Cardmarket from sellers in the Netherlands, for English cards, checked every day. They're not sale prices: Cardmarket doesn't publish what cards sold for. That's why we show the five cheapest offers instead of one number: a single low offer next to four higher ones is a lucky find, not the price. Card images come from the Pokémon TCG API. Cardseekers isn't affiliated with Cardmarket, Nintendo or The Pokémon Company.
